3.4 Adjustments
Software update
It is very important that the product is updated to the latest software version
before it is returned to the customer. This is to ensure the customer receives the
best possible experience. Follow the procedure below:
Approach
Connect a service PC with ServiceTool. Follow the procedure below:
- Remove the little service lid next to the mains inlet.
- Connect the ServiceTool hardware from the service connector on the product to
the service PC as shown:
- Run ServiceTool and check for updates (requires an internet connection).
- Choose the product at the launch menu.
- Choose Software and choose Update.
