KAFA GRUBUNUN MONTAJI

- Flanş ve gövde arasına ipi (2) sokarak yalıtma grubunu (3)

yerleştirin.

- Vidaları "6" gevşetin,

Kavrama flanşının "5" konumunu vidalarını yanma kafası

körük yuvasına girecek şekilde jeneratör üreticisinin önerdiği

gibi ayarlayın

Flanşın tasarımına uygun olarak, sert boruyu kavrama

flanşındaki yuvaya sokun ve vidayı sıkın. Bu boru dağıtım

hattını kesecektir.

- Brülör 4'ü, kelepçeleri, rondelaları ve ekipman 7'deki cıvataları

kullanarak kazana sabitleyin.

Not: Brülörün ucu ile kazan kapağının içindeki yansıtıcı üze

rindeki delik arasındaki boşluğu uygun malzemelerle

tamamen kapatın.

GAZ GİRİŞ DÜZENEĞİNİN MONTAJI

Flanş tasarımından da görüleceği gibi valf grubunun montajı için

8, 8a ve 9 numaralı farklı montaj seçenekleri mevcuttur. Brülörle

birlikte aşağıya doğru eğimli bir gaz besleme düzeneği de gelir.

Bu eğimin giriş tarafını değiştirmek için 9 numaralı konfigürasyon

seçildiği takdirde, "ateşleme rampasının yukarı doğru kurulması"

bölümünde açıklanan prosedürü uygulayın.

Mevcut kazana ve gaz borularının geliş konumuna göre en akılcı

yeri seçin.
