ASSEMBLY OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
For burner handling, use certified chains or ropes suitable for the
burner weight using the anchoring points (21).
• The burner has an ambidextrous hinge opening for easy access to
the combustion head with fitted burner. After having installed the
head unit on boiler, position the ventilating body (2) and relevant
washers (5) close to hinges (22).
• Insert hinge pin (10).
• Keep chains hooked to eyebolts, turn ventilating body and position
fan flange in contact with lung flange.
• Connect the ignition cable to the relevant electrode, close the hinge
by fastening the burner with the screws (11).
• Once the ventilating body is connected to the head unit, release the
lifting chains or ropes.
CAUTION / WARNINGS
When closing the burner, gently pull towards the electrical
panel, putting the two ignition and ionisation cables slightly in
tension, then arrange them into their housings (29).This will
ensure that the two cables do not get damaged by the fan
during burner operation.
IMPORTANT
Every time the burner has to be opened, it is necessary to
disconnect gas solenoid valves connectors first.
