BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT
The combustion head is packaged separately from the body of
the burner.
Anchor the head unit to the boiler door as follows:
• Position the insulating seals -13 on the sleeve.
• Anchor the flange of the head unit -14 to the boiler -19 with the
stud bolts, washers and nuts provided -7.
CAUTION / WARNING
Completely seal the space between the burner sleeve and
the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.
ASSEMBLY OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
• The burner has an ambidextrous hinge opening for easy access
to the combustion head with fitted burner.
• To enable the maximum opening and so facilitate maintenance
operations, it is recommended to install the hinge opposite to
the position where the gas train is installed.
• To move the ventilating body, use the appropriate chains or
ropes (32) and hook them to the eyebolts.
For a correct installation of the ventilating body, follow the
procedure described below:
Place the ventilating body, aligning the flange of the burner scroll
to the flange of the head unit.
Insert the two pins (4) in their respective hinges (12).
Apply the two safety rings (26) provided.
• After aligning the holes in the head unit with the ventilating body
with the screw and lock nut -16, screw in the screws with their
washers -15 to anchor the head unit onto the specific ventilating
body.
IMPORTANT
Before lighting the burner, connect the ignition and ionisation
leads to the electrodes' terminals. Then, secure them to the
gas delivery fitting using a clamp.
