4) Air damper in open position
5) Air damper in closed position
6) Button for 2nd flame manual control
7) Rotation direction inversion relay
8) Servomotor index reference.
1 Neutral
2 Phase
3 2nd flame thermostat
4/5 Micro switch for 2nd flame valve
ADJUSTMENT FOR SERVOMOTOR FIRST IGNITION
For the first ignition, adjust the cams preliminarily as
follows:
1) 2nd flame valve activation cam (black) 40°
2) 1st flame air regulation cam (light blue) 25°
3) 2nd flame air regulation cam (red) 50°
4) Light blue
5) Black
6) Red
CAUTION / WARNING
The cam position must be adjusted to the ef
-
fective fuel output, verifying the combustion
with specific instruments.
Air flow rate in the 1st flame position must cor
-
respond to at least 50% of the total air flow.
