MAINTENANCE
Analyse combustion gases and check that the emission values are
correct at least once a year, in compliance with current law.
•
Clean air dampers, the air pressure switch with pressure port and
the relevant pipe, if any.
•
Check the electrode condition. Replace them, if necessary.
•
Clean the photocell. Replace it, if necessary.
•
Have the burner and the chimney cleaned by specialised personnel
(stove repairer); a clean burner is more efficient, lasts longer and is
quieter.
•
Check that the fuel filter is clean. Replace it, if necessary.
•
Check that all components of the combustion head are in good
condition, have not been deformed and are free from impurities
or deposits deriving from the installation environment and/or from
combustion.
•
Analyse combustion gases and check emissions values.
If the combustion head needs to be cleaned, remove the components
following the procedure indicated below:
•
Disconnect the diesel hoses (24) from the connectors beneath the
head unit (mind the dripping).
IMPORTANT
Store in memory the exact position of the mobile plate marks
(23) with respect to the reference on the burner scroll. Once
the maintenance operations have been completed, return the
mixer assembly to the same position it was the last time it was
adjusted.
•
Undo the screws (11) and remove the lid (13).
•
Undo the nut (6) on the inside of the burner scroll and remove pawl
(1) with screw (11) that regulates the position of the mixer assembly
(18).
•
Remove screw (10) with its washer. Slightly lift the mixing unit (18),
and then completely pull out the unit in the direction indicated by the
arrow, after removing the ignition cables (29) from the respective
electrodes.
•
Complete the maintenance operations, proceed with the assembly
of the mixing unit by carrying out the above operations in reverse
order, after checking that the ignition electrodes and the flame disk
are correctly positioned. (refer to ).
