Anchor the head unit to the boiler door as follows:

• Position the insulating seals on the sleeve (13).

• Position the insulating seal on the sleeve (13).

•

Fasten the head unit flange (14)(15) to the boiler (19)(1) by means

of the stud bolts,washers and the nuts provided (7).

CAUTION / WARNINGS

Completely seal the space between the burner sleeve and the

hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with sui

table material.

•

Fit the hub (28).

• Screw the gas lever indicator (1) and the screw on lung opposite

side (8)

• Fit the modulator (29).

• Fit the spring (27) and the gas valve control lever (12).

• Check spring correct positioning

• Make sure that throttle closing matches with the position of gas

throttle level indicator, approx. 15°.
