 Exposure to hazardous materials such as radiation sources must be
disclosed to Waygate with each re-quest for maintenance, service or
support.
 Contaminated materials cannot be returned to the manufacturer for
disposal.

Operator is responsible to implement appropriate procedure to handle,
maintain and dispose irradiated equipment.
Furthermore, the operator must ensure that the system is:

always in technically perfect condition.

subjected to a regular functional check.
 maintained as per specified maintenance intervals (see chapter 12.2).

used and stored in the correct environment (see chapter 11.2 and Appendix
A).
For this purpose:

all safety devices must be regularly checked for completeness and
functionality.

all safety instructions and hazard warnings on the system are in readable
condition.

electrical interfaces and connections are used as per specifications provided
in this manual.
