Step 3: Fill the battery
Hold the container upside down.
Place the container above the battery. Match 6 stamps with
respective filling holes.
Step 4: Check the flow of electrolyte
Ensure air bubbles are visible in the electrolyte and are observed in the 6 tubes of the
container.Leave the container in the battery as it is about 30 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the bottles
Make sure all the electrolyte has drained the battery. Take the container
at the bottom and gently remove the empty tank.
Step 6: Place the strip plugs
Lace strip plugs in the filling of the battery.
Pressing firmly sure the caps are flush with the upper surface of the battery.
Step 7: Battery Charge
Charge the battery with a battery charger VRLA (sealed) recommended by deacuerdo the
standard operating procedure (SOP) Bajaj.
Cuidado
Never use conductive materials such as
screwdrivers that can produce sparks near
the battery terminals. No need to add
electrolyte.
