5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 as necessary untl the unt s readng cor-
rectly at both temperatures.

calbraton values and enter the Run Mode, or press the

to ext the Calbraton Mode and turn OFF the analyzer wthout
savng the changes.
7. Remove thermocouple smulator from analyzer.

Sensor Zero
Material Required:
• Cylnder of 100% Ntrogen, P/N 9550-0049
• Calbraton Kt, P/N 24-7059
Procedure:
1. Wth the analyzer samplng fresh ar, enter the Calbraton Mode
as descrbed n Secton 5.1. Then repeatedly press the
ENTER
but-
ton untl “O
2
” appears n the lower left sde of the dsplay.
2. Allow pump to run and sample fresh ar for at least 1 mnute.
3. Use the
and
buttons to set the dsplay to 20.9%.
4. Set up the Calbraton Kt wth 100% N
2
as descrbed n the n-
structons suppled wth the kt.
5. Connect the tubng of the Calbraton Kt to the nlet of the an-
alyzer. Then adjust the regulator for approximately 2 SCFH of
excess flow (see Figure 5-1).
6. After the analyzer has stablzed (2 to 3 mnutes,) use the
and
buttons to set the dsplayed value to 0.0%.
7. Turn off gas flow and disconnect tubing from analyzer.
