1.  Loosen three (3) captive #6-32 screws securing 

cap/socket assembly with 7/64” Allen wrench. 

 NOTE: Only one end cap (without ACV) is 

removable.

2.  Depress patented Anti-Condensation Valve™ 

(ACV™) to release vacuum and pull cap/socket 

assembly to access. Screws will be retained in 

cap.

6.   Loosen, then remove two (2) #4-40 screws from 

LED module using .050” Allen wrench.

7.  Carefully remove LED module from heatsink. 

 Do not pull on connector or wiring. Handle 

with care.

5.   Loosen four (4) #6-32 screws on wall wash optic 

holder using 7/64” Allen wrench, then gently 

pull away to remove from heatsink.

3.  Carefully pull out end cap assembly. LED is still 

attached to leads.

 Do not pull on connector or wiring. Handle 

with care.

LED and Optic Replacement

4.  Detach heatsink from fixture body via quick 

disconnect.

 Do not pull on connector or wiring. Handle 

with care.

 

Fragile! Do not pull on connector or wiring. 

Handle with care.

8.  Use small pick tool to push connector off 

LED board through two small slots behind 

connector. Once loose, lift connector upwards 

and off board. 

9.  Spread thin, even layer of thermal paste on back 

of new LED module. Place new LED module onto 

heatsink, lining up module with holes for screws. 

Tighten two (2) #4-40 screws using .050” Allen 

wrench to secure LED module to heatsink.
