Basic Soft button features
The soft buttons below the LCD screen allow you to easily select
phone functions. For basic soft button feature definitions, see the
table below. Other buttons are explained in the Manual
Configuration section of chapter 4.

Displays a list of recently called numbers

Allows you to place intercom calls

Press to enter the phonebook

DND
Do not disturb. Sends incoming calls to voice mail, or
gives a busy signal if voice mail is not available (see
item 5 in Setup for details)

Allows you to set Follow me.

Allows you to set use follow me.

Pickup a call from another phone in your group

C.Fwd
Forwards calls, with 3 options: When there is no
answer, Unconditional, When the line is busy.

Set
Allows you to enter the basic settings page.

VMSet
Allows you to set voice mail

Moni
Allows you to set the number, whose status will be
monitored by this IP phone.

C.ReD
Call redirect. Redirects all the incoming calls to PSTN
lines.

Trans
Press to transfer a call to another extension during
the active call.

Conf
Press to initiate a conference call when the first call
in connected.

Park
Press to park a call on hold during the active call.

C.hlod
Press this soft key during an active call, and then you
can initiate a Consultation Hold.

Allows you to view more functions.
