Press the ON/OFF button to increase the temperature by 1 unit intervals and the light
bulb button to decrease it.

Press Set to exit after the desired temperature has been configured.

Connecting the machine to the mains and configuring the panel
Connect the machine to the mains and press the ON/OFF switch.
Configure the selection panel with the desired products.
If needed, change the labels in the selection panel, accessing from the inside of the door,
extracting the Keyboard-Display PCB and replacing the desired connections.

Associate selected options with channels, so they correspond to the replaced
labels.

Configuring the refrigerator
F333
–
Refrigerator. Set YES/NO to control the sanitary temperature and milk level of the
refrigerator.
If you set it to YES, the refrigerator location will be requested (left side-right side or under
the counter). The milk suction tube length can also be configured from the available
options.
Programming F333 in the presence of the refrigerator provides the activation of 2 alarms
integrated into the refrigerating unit:
o
The sanitary temperature alarm is triggered if the cold chain is interrupted due
to a power outage or malfunction. The machine will block as a safety measure
when this occurs.
o
Minimum milk level in the container. The volume of milk detected varies from
0.5 to 1 litre. We recommend working clearly over this level to prevent
interruptions. A low milk level would leave the machine out of service if the
alternative soluble milk supply is not activated, provided that one of the soluble
product containers is available.
