Place a new belt
on the drive rollers
and centre.
NOTE: Make sure
the arrows on the
reverse side of the
belt are pointing
down towards the
work table.

Pull locking pin
Press down
Press down the lever and hold in place, pull the locking pin out
and raise the roller assembly to re-tension the linisher belt.

Replace the belt ‘Access Plate’ (H) and secure in place with the
two butterfly threaded knobs

Maintenance
There is very little mechanical maintenance that can be carried
out on the machine, keep the machine clean.
1. Remove the belt access plate and check there is no dust or
resin build up on the pulleys or at the edges of the platen.
2. Remove all dust deposits and clean the motor using an
Vaccum Cleaner.
3. Remove the dust extraction hose and check any build up
of deposites inside the hose and extraction outlet.
4. Check the motor brushes every 5-6 months.
