The ‘RED’ circles in figure (A) shows the positions of the
grub screws used to adjust the compound jig, to the side
of the frame. The ‘GREEN’ circles in figure (B) shows the
postion of the Hex head screws used to fix the compound
jig to the side of the linisher.

Setting the Jig
To adjust the compound Jig to the machine you need to set the guide jig bar
assembly to the zero position. Once done tighten the locking handle.
With the two 12mm bolts slightly undone you will be able to move the platen forwards or
backwards in position.
With the abrasive belt fitted move the platen so that the abrasive just touches the bar.
Undo the two 12mm
