Now tighten the set screw and flip the wooden ratchet dog around 

to intersect with the ratchet teeth.

Find the Cloth Storage Drum Assembly (#29). There is a cloth 

storage drum with roller tube end and shaft attached to it. It will be 
mounted to the bottom of the right rear vertical on the outside of 
the loom.

Loosen the set screw inside the tube end and remove it with one 
washer from the shaft.
