5.2.5 RESTORE THE BASE TO FACTORING SETTINGS
5.3 BASE TURNING ON/OFF
NOTE: Be aware that all data will be erased.
Enter this menu to restore the BASE to the factory settings. After about 1 minute the radio turns off and
the BASE is out of reach. Repeat the “BASE Turning on/off” operation.
Press the
ESC button
to go back to the source menu.
Press the
OK button
twice to restore the BASE to the factoring settings. At the end a confirmation message
appears. Press the
ESC button
to go back to the “BASE connection” menu.
To turn on and set up the BASE a KEY and a magnet
are necessary. The picture shows the correct
position of the magnet (circled in red).
Place the magnet in the junction of the shelves.
The user has one minute to connect the KEY. When
the wireless connection is on, remove the magnet.
Follow the connection procedure described in the
“BASE connection menu”. When the KEY connects
for the first time to the BASE, the message “BASE
TO BE PROGRAMMED” appears. Press the
OK
button
to enter the “Change ID number” submenu.
Please see “Change ID number on this BASE”
chapter to program the ID number correctly.
