To export a selected branch to a .reg file, click File menu and select Export,
choose a file name and confirm your choice by pressing Save button. Registry files
are saved with .reg extension.

6.5. AVG Ping

AVG Ping is a utility for verifying your Internet connection, directly from the AVG
Rescue CD environment, or for verifying the availability of a remote server/
station. It is basically a diagnostic utility based on TCP/IP which sends so called
ICMP packets to a given IP address or domain name.

It can also lookup a DNS name and display it as an IP address.
