The following are the fields in the Registered Endpoints Table and their descriptions:

User Name
The User Name for the selected phone.
Extension
The phone extension number. Available for connected phones only.
URI
The SIP URI. Available for connected phones only.
Module
The module or slot number.
Port
The port name or number.
CM Port Address
The IP address of the CM port.
