require two sets of polling officials’ names and passwords: Enter

the password field blank, press “OK”. (The local jurisdiction election office should change this
in the Generate Ballot Data Module.)
Figure 4.1.3B will appear if there is any incorrect entry:

Warning: Three consecutive failed attempts
to enter the correct username and password
will lead the system to shut down.
If you see the following screen, Figure 4.1.3C, you must
press “OK” which shuts down the system. You will need to turn the machine on again, confirm
the correct username and password and retry.
