12.2 Workshop Information
The
Workshop Information
form allows you to enter, edit, and save detailed workshop profile
information, such as shop name, business address, phone number, and other remarks, which,
when printing vehicle diagnostic reports and other associated test files, will display as the
header of the printed documents.

To edit your Workshop Information:
1.
Tap the
Data Manager
application on the MaxiBAS Job Menu.
2.
Select
Workshop Information
.
3.
Tap on each field to enter the appropriate information.
4.
Tap
Done
to save the updated workshop information record, or tap
Cancel
to
exit without saving.
12.3 Customer
The
Customer
function allows you to create and edit customer accounts. It helps you to save
and organize your customer information accounts which can then be correlated with the
associated test vehicle records.
To create a customer account:
1.
Tap the
Data Manager
application on the MaxiBAS Job Menu.
2.
Select
Customer
.
3.
Tap the
Add a customer
button. A blank information form will display. Tap each
field to enter the appropriate information.
4.
Some customers may have more than one vehicle for service; you can always
add new vehicle information to a customer account. Tap
Add new vehicle
information
, and then fill in the vehicle information.
5.
Tap
Complete
to save the account, or tap
Cancel
to exit without saving.
