GETTING STARTED
Installation
• Unpack all parts and remove the protective material.
• Do not connect the unit to the mains until you have checked the mains
voltage and made all other connections.
• Never cover the ventilation openings and make sure that there is
a minimum distance of several centimetres around the device for
sufficient ventilation.
Connection
• Connect the mains cable in the AC mains connector (37) to the mains
socket.
•
When you connect the unit to the mains for the first time, the unit
changes to standby mode.
• Connect the speaker cable to the speaker connector (34) on the back
side of the unit.
• Switch on the unit by pressing the On/Standby button (7). When the
backlight of the LCD screen (2) is on, it means that the power supply to
the unit is working. Music can now be played.
Time setting
1. Set the unit to standby mode.
2. Press and hold the Mem/clk-adj button (14). The time display starts
flashing on the LCD screen (2). Set the desired hour with the buttons
(12) or
(26). To save, press the button Mem/clk-adj (14). The
minute display will start flashing.
3. Set the desired minute with the buttons
(12) or
(26).
4. To save, press the button Mem/clk-adj (14).
Note
: In the event of a power failure or if the plug is pulled out, the time
must be reset. We therefore recommend that you put the system into
standby mode and do not completely disconnect it from the power
supply.
