Deputy

Enter the deputy‘s number.

Function Key for the Deputy Function

Press the key generally assigned for

VMB Deputy

to enable, disable or

switch the deputy function for a voice mailbox that has not yet been
selected.

Press the key specifically assigned for

VMB Deputy

to enable, disable or

switch the deputy function for a previously defined voice mailbox.

In addition, when functions are assigned on the first key level, the status of
the function is indicated by the corresponding LED.
