left the selected message.

2. In the list field on the left, above the answering machine list, select one

of the following options:

All entries

: Displays all the entries saved in the answering machine list.

Messages only

: Only displays the messages saved in the answering

machine list.

Voice memos only

: Only displays the voice memos saved in the

answering machine list.

Call recordings only

: Only displays the call recordings saved in the

answering machine list.

Archive

: Displays the answering machine list archive.

Announcements

: Displays the saved and free announcements for the

answering machine.

Record voice memo

: Starts the recording of a voice memo.
