9). REPLACEMENT OF THE L/C BRACKET TOTAL ASSEMBLY (PICTURE 3-8)
Disassemble the Rack Spring & Pinch Lever Total Ass’y first before disassembling it.
a. Turn over the Deck Ass’y upside down.
b. Unscrew 2 of the fixing screws

for the L/C Bracket Total Ass’y and disassemble the L/C Bracket Total Ass’y

c. Replace with new parts and assemble them by the reversing procedure of the disassembly.
d. Reassembling is done by checking the assembly location of L/C Bracket Total Ass’y (Refer to Pic. 4-1) pushing
the Main Plate

completely to the right side to fix it firmly in the right position.
10). REPLACEMENT OF MAIN PLATE (PICTURE 3-8)
Disassemble the Rack Spring & Pinch Lever Total Ass’y first before disassembling it.
a. Disassemble the L/C Bracket Total Ass’y

b. Disassemble the Reel Belt

before removing the Poly Washer

c. Disassemble the Reel Gear Total Ass’y

d. Unscrew the fixing screws

for the LED Prism
&
before removing the LED Prism and the Clutch Lever

e. Unscrew the fixing screws

for the Loading Gear Bracket Ass’y

and push it slightly to the plus Y-axle
direction for disassembly.
f. Disassemble the Main Plate

after removing the Poly Washer

g. Replace with new parts and assemble them by the reversing procedure of the disassembly.

* NOTE:
• Be cautious of the distortion of the Main Plate when assembling and disassembling it.
• Be careful not to contaminate the Reel Belt with oil or grease when assembling and disassembling it.
• Push the Main Plate slightly to the minus X-axle direction to assemble Clutch Lever. And then stick the Main
Plate fast to the right side.
