DELETING A SINGLE MESSAGE
Press the
button while the message is being played back.
DELETING ALL MESSAGES
In standby mode, press the
button for 2 seconds.
8.7 Recording
notes
With your answering machine you can leave messages for other people who use
your answering machine , e.g. your family. These messages can be listened to
later using the
button. The maximum length of the note is 60 seconds.
Press and hold the
button.
After a signal tone, the display will show the message RECORD MEMO and you
can start recording your note. Example: "Hallo Thomas, you will find your meal
in the fridge. I will be back at 10 o'clock".
Simply release the
button when you have finished your message. The
message LED will flash and your answering machine is immediately ready for use
once more.
8.8 Recording telephone calls
You can record a telephone call that you are in the process of making. In this way
you can listen to details of the call again later.
Press the
button during a call. The display will show RECORD and your
answering machine will start recording the call.
To stop recording, terminate the call or press the
button.
The recorded call can be played back with the
button.
8.9 Remote
access
8.9.1
Remote access authorisation code
Your answering machine has personal access authorisation (Remote Code) so that
only you can listen to incoming messages using the remote access facility.
The authorisation code is a three-digit number and can be found on the underside
of your unit (Remote Code).
8.9.2 Toll-free
remote
pre-access
Using the toll-free remote pre-access facility, you can find out whether there are
any messages on your answering machine without incurring any charges.
