23. MENU ICONS

--- The menu icons include the following functions: (1)

Frequency, (2) SQ, (3) Name, (4) Display, (5) Auto Search, (6) Lock, (7)
Tune, and (8) IR.

(1) Channel - This menu icon is used to select the desired channel.
(2) SQ - This menu icon is used to adjust the receiver sensitivity. Higher

receiver sensitivity incurs a higher RF interference possibility while
lower receiver sensitivity incurs a lower RF interference possibility.

(3) Lock - Select this menu icon to have the AWR6952U receiver be

locked from all key operations except the ON/OFF button.

(4) Search - Select this menu icon to have the AWR6952U receiver start

to scan the clear frequencies in the AWR6952U installation area.

(5) Tune - Select this menu icon to fine tune the frequency.
(6) Sync - Select this menu icon to have the frequency of the transmitter

be synchronized to the same frequency as the AWR6952U receiver
through the infrared windows.

24. LOCK ICON

 ---

The “Lock” icon is used to indicate that the Lock function is

enabled (Lock Icon light on) or disabled (Lock Icon light off). When the
Lock function is enabled,  the AWR6952U receiver is locked from all key
operations except the ON/OFF button.

25. MUTE ICON

 — This is a MUTE function indicator.  When the icon turns red, the

MUTE function is on. Otherwise, the MUTE function is off. The MUTE
function will be turned on when the RF signal level is zero or when the RF
signal level is below the preset SQ level. When the RF signal level is
greater than the preset SQ level, the MUTE function will be turned off again.

26. BATTERY-LEVEL METER

--- This is used to indicate the battery power level

of those eight AA batteries in the

AA-BATTERY-POWER-SUPPLY

BATTERY COMPARTMENT (see numeral 18) at the bottom panel of the
AWR6952U receiver.  When the battery power level is below a
predetermined level, this battery-level meter will start to blink and the
batteries need to be replaced immediately.

27. RF SIGNAL ICON

--- When the RF signal level, as indicated in numeral 19, is

down to zero, this RF signal icon will be turned off.  When the RF signal
level is greater than zero, this RF icon will be turned on again.

NOTE

: When the AA-battery power is used for the AWR6952U receiver, the

brightness of the LCD display panel will be dimmed down to save the
battery energy if all the knobs and buttons on the AWR6952U have not
been operated for about three seconds.   The dimmed down LCD display
panel will resume to the high brightness if any knob or button on the
AWR6952U receiver is operated.
