Switch Auth Method
The authentication section allows you to configure how a user is authenticated when he/she logs into the switch via one of the
management client interfaces. Note that management client interfaces are console, telnet, ssh, and http. There are three
separated tables in this webpage:
Authentication Method Configuration, Command Authorization Method configuration,
and
Accounting Method Configuration webpage
, as shown in Figure 2.30. In the
Authentication Method Configuration

users can configure how a user is authenticated when he/she logs into the switch via one of the management client interfaces.

, users can configure the limitation of the CLI commands available to a
user. In the
