The alarm sounds automatically when the platform is tilted to 4° in relation to the
horizontal level.
3.3.6 OVERLOAD DETECTION
The machine is fitted with an overload
detection safety system. It is ensured by a
mechanical system with a position detected by
a sensor located on the basket holder.
When an overload is detected, all machine
movements are stopped. The red alarm
indicator corresponding to the overload located
on the upper electric unit is lit, and the sound
alarm notifies the operator of the danger. The
platform must then be unloaded until the
buzzer is silent, and the indicator switches off
to reactivate all commands.
3.4. START-UP
Every day upon initiating work, check the operation of the controls of the upper station (control
station from the basket) and lower station (ground control station). Also check the levels of fuel
(diesel fuel) and oil in the tanks.
