10. Maintenance
Cleaning the water filter:
The dirt filter of the water pump must be cleaned every six
months. In case of stubborn dirt resulting from color slush from
samples that give off particles during a test the air filter must be
replaced.
After the dirt filter has been cleaned twice, it must be replaced.

water pump is installed in the water reservoir

of the device.
1. Switch the device off using the main switch, disconnect the
power plug from the mains socket and protect it from
accidental reconnection.
2. Disconnect the water hose from the connecting sleeve

3. The water pump is attached to the floor of the water
reservoir with suction cups

. Pull the water pump off the
floor.
4. The protective grid

is attached to the pump housing. Pull
the grid off.
5. Remove the water filter

from the protective grid

and
rinse it thoroughly in tepid water.
6. Reinsert the water filter into the protective grid and attach
the grid to the pump housing.
7. Place the water pump onto the floor of the water reservoir
and push it on slightly so that the suction cups secure the
pump.
