7.13 Connection Of Hydraulic Hoses
When routing the hydraulic hose, make sure that the hose is clear
of any moving part. Make sure to keep the hoses clean from dust.
Make sure not to over-tighten the hose fi ttings so as to result in
oil leakage.
• Clean the hoses and fi ttings;
• Inspect all threads for damage and make sure that all hose fi ttings are in
good condition;
• Route the hoses as shown. Make sure the hose goes through hose guides /
retainers on the columns and in center of overhead beam;
• Tighten the hose fi ttings thoroughly.
