(1) More frequently when operating in a dusty
environment.

(4) Yearly is only valid when using PARCOOL.
Change coolant every 5 years.
(5) Gummed or clogged filters means fuel starvation
and reduced engine performance. Reduce service
interval in heavy duty application.

Atlas Copco to check on inhibitors and freezing
points:
• 2913 0028 00: refractometer
• 2913 0029 00: pH meter

5.1.1 Use of maintenance schedule
The maintenance schedule contains a summary of the
maintenance instructions. Read the respective section
before taking maintenance measures.
When servicing, replace all disengaged packings, e.g.
gaskets, O-rings, washers.
For engine maintenance refer to Engine Operation
Manual.
The maintenance schedule has to be seen as a
guideline for units operating in a dusty environment
typical to generator applications. Maintenance
schedule can be adapted depending on application,
environment and quality of maintenance.
5.1.2 Use of service paks
Service Paks include all genuine parts needed for
normal maintenance of both generator and engine.
Service Paks minimize downtime and keep your
maintenance budget low.
The order number of the Service Paks are listed in the
Atlas Copco Parts list (ASL). Order Service Paks at
your local Atlas Copco dealer.
