TROUBLESHOOTING
Hydraulic attachment does not work
By Remedy Cause
Carrier driver Connect the hydraulic hoses correctly (see chapter Hydraulic
connections )
Pressure and tank lines swapped
Carrier driver Open the check valve Check valve in pressure and/or tank line
closed
Carrier driver Top up oil Oil level in tank too low
Workshop Replace defective coupling halves Defective couplings blocking pressure and
tank lines
Workshop Check electrical system of hydraulic attachment cutter
installation and remedy defects Faults in the electrical system of the
hydraulic attachment installation
Workshop Replace the magnet Magnet on switch-on valve damaged

your area Check the carrier engine speed, the pump delivery and the
pressure relief valve; check the operating pressure Operating pressure too low
Tamper plate frequency too low

Carrier driver Correct the carrier engine speed, check the operation
pressure, check the carrier mode stages Insufficient hydraulic oil delivery volume
Carrier driver Check the connecting fitting and tighten as required The connecting fitting in the pressure and
tank line has come loose
Carrier driver Open the check valve Check valve in pressure and/or tank line
partly closed
Carrier driver Check the oil filter and oil cooler, clean or renew them Flow resistance on oil filter or oil cooler too
high
Workshop Change the inside diameter: Observe the minimum inside
diameter! (see chapter
Technical specifications )
Inside diameter of tank line too small
