Troubleshooting
Err 21
Electrical
malfunction
of the air sensor
Malfunction of the
air intake sensor or
out of range
Heat pump stops.
Heating with ELEC.
Check the connections (mark A4) and the
position of the air intake sensor. If necessary,
replace the sensor harness.
Err 22
Electrical
malfunction
of the evaporation
sensor
Malfunction of the
superior evaporator
sensor or out of
range (-20 to 110)
Heat pump stops.
Heating with ELEC.
Check the connections (mark A4) and the
correct position of the sensor on its tube.
Check the functioning of the fan to see if it turns
freely and without stopping.
Err 305
Inconsistency of the
sensors
Moisture returns on
the evaporator
sensor
Heating with ELEC.
Check if the edge of the control card is dry and if
the connector is securely connected.
The malfunction may disappear when sensors
are dry.
If the malfunction persists: replace the sensor
harness.

Troubleshooting
Err 25
Compressor power
supply malfunction
Compressor thermal
safety
Heat pump stops.
Heating with ELEC.
Check the connections of the compressor (Mark
R1), the pressure switch, and the start capacitor
(15 mF). Check the resistances of the
compressor coils.
Err 28
Inefficient
defrosting
Malfunction of the
defrosting system
Heat pump stops.
Heating with ELEC.
Check if the evaporator is clean.
Check the fluid load R134a (defrosted
appliance).
Check the functioning of the fans.
Check if the condensate is drained off properly.
Err 301
No heating of the
heat pump
No increase
intemperature after
4 hours of heat
pump heating
Heating with ELEC.
Check the fluid load R134a.
Check if fluid R134a leak.
Err 302
Fluid leak
No evaporator
exchange
Heating with ELEC.
Check if the air inlets are clean.
Check if there are any obstacles/objects on air
inlets.
Err 303
Evacuation
problem
Lack of fluid
or clogging
or no ventilation
Heating with ELEC.
Check the proper functioning of the fans.
Check if the evaporators are clean.
Check the fluid load R134a.
Err 304
Exiting MAP
Overheating
or R134a fluid
overload
Heating with ELEC.
Check the resistances of the compressor coils.
Check the fluid load R134a.
