Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
MUST BE CHECKED
The room temperature
is different from the one
displayed on the device.
It is necessary to wait at least 2 hours for the stabilization of the temperature.
It is possible, depending on your installation, that the temperature in the room is different than
the one displayed on your device. In this case, you can calibrate the displayed temperature.
Refer to the section “Calibrate the temperature” page 15.
The device does not heat. Verify that the COMFORT mode is activated.
Ensure installation circuit breakers are activated or the load-shedding device (if you have
one) did not cut power supply to the device. Check the air temperature in the room: if it is too
high, the device does not heat.
The device is not heating
enough or does not cool
enough.

Make sure you're on the COMFORT position.

Make sure your device only heats this room (
door closed
).

There is an obstacle in front of the device: Remove the obstacle.

The thermostat is set too high for cooling or too low for heating: change the displayed
temperature by pressing on
or
.

The filter located beneath the device is missing: contact your customer service or your
installer.
If the problem persists, contact customer service. Ask your installer to change the automatic
water temperature regulator.
The device is heating
constantly
.
Make sure the device is not located in an airstream or the temperature setting has not been
changed.
There may be a hazard in the electrical system. In case of problem, turn off the power supply
to the device (
fuse, circuit breaker
) for about 10 minutes, and then turn it back on. If this
problem occurs frequently, have the power supply inspected by your utility company.
Heating light indicator
appears with Eco mode.
This is normal. The device can heat to maintain an Eco temperature.
The device is not working,
light indicators are off.

The power is off: turn on the power (
circuit breaker.

Turn on the device, press on

Turn the power switch on . Otherwise, contact your customer service or your installer.
There is smoke or an
unpleasant odor.
It can be a component failure, power surge, electrical overload: immediately turn the power
off and contact customer service.
The device is noisy.

The filter is dirty: clean the air filter

There is an obstacle in front of the device: remove the obstacle.

Water circulation noise: it comes from the installation and does not indicate a malfunction.

The ventilation is always at the maximum. The water delivered by the heat pump is not
warm or cold enough with respect to the required temperature. Ask your installer to change
the settings of the water temperature regulator.
If the noise persists, contact customer service.
Dirt spots appear on the
wall around the device.
Dirt is related to poor air quality in the room. It is recommended in this case, to check proper
room ventilation (
ventilation, air intake, etc
.), the cleanliness of air, and avoid smoking inside.
This type of dirt do not provide for the replacement of the device under warranty.

This light indicator informs you that you need to clean:

The required temperature is not compatible with the current operating of the heat pump:

The installation has just been started: the water in the pipes is not warm enough

Problem in the house water system: lack of water flow, pressure loss: contact the installer.
In all cases, if the problem persists, contact your installer or customer service.
Lights indicator
are
blinking.

The device is in neutral zone, the temperature of the water in the pipes is between 20 and
25°C. The installation has just been started: the water in the pipes is not yet at the right
temperature. Please wait.

Heat pump operates in warm water for sanitary use: the device is not powered any more,
water is progressively less warm: wait for the end of the warm water production mode.

Heat pump is in defrosting mode: after a few moments, the light indicator should turn off.

Problem in the house water system installation: lack of water flow, too much pressure loss:
contact the installer.
In all cases, if the problem persists, contact your installer or customer service.
