Setting Up the Flow Sensor
Prior to making any adjustments to the “Glycol Mix: %” or the “Flow Prove: GPM”, make sure the correct
boiler size is chosen in the “Boiler Type” menu, and the defaults are loaded.
When Glycol is added to a system the flow characteristics of the water are affected, so it is important to enter
the correct Glycol Mix % value. If the system is using Glycol enter the % of the glycol mix,
then select “OK”.
To maintain a minimum flow through the boiler, the
“Flow Prove: GPM” is adjustable. Enter the minimum
flow that the boiler is to prove and operate above, then select “OK”.
