Using the Maintain Feature
Typically, the log server deletes records once they pass the expiration date
(determined by the Days of Limitations field when you added a KN9000 server).
If you continually close the log server in the course of record deleting, a large
number of old records may accumulate. Use the
Maintain
feature to clean up
these old records.
Option
The
Option
menu includes one item:
Setting
.
Setting
allows you to set the
Log Server
wait time before attempting to connect if a previous connect
attempt failed.
To set the
Log Server
wait time:
1. Select
Setting
. The
Setting
window appears (as shown below).
2. Enter the number of seconds you want the
Log Server
to wait before
retrying the connection after a failed attempt.
3. Click
OK
to return to the
Log Server window
.
