– Use metal dishes to achieve greater energy savings.
– If possible, place the food in the oven without preheating.
– For a preparation time of over 30 minutes, reduce the oven temperature at least 3-10
minutes before end of the preparation time, depending on the total preparation time. The
residual heat in the oven will be sufficient to complete the food preparation.
– You can use the residual heat to heat up other foods.
• Preparation with hot air - if possible, use the hot-air cooking functions to save energy.
• Keeping food warm - choose the lowest temperature if you want to use the residual heat to
keep food warm.
