• Press START / STOP to start the workout.
• The resistance can be adjusted by pressing UP & DOWN.
• Press START / STOP to end the workout. All values will remain.
• Press RESET to reverse to workout selection menu.
Recovery phase (RECOVERY)
It's recommended to end an intensive rowing session with a recovery phase. During this phase you
should be able to relax and row without strong resistance until your pulse slowls down close to its usual
rate.
• Press RECOVERY and wear a chest belt again. Then only TIME will show with counting down from
0:60 to 0:00, all other functions are not available.
Once the 60 seconds recovery phase is over, an evaluation of the achieved heart rate will be shown
with FX.
