Alle settings made with the computer are confirmed with an acoustic signal:
1 short beep: Valid setting confirmed.
2 short beeps: Invalid settings reminder.
2 short beeps: PULSE exceed setting value.
3 short beeps: WATT limit is over spec.
4 short beeps: Any function count own to 0, or system alarm.
6 short beeps: System force to stop.
Training data
The computer calculates and displays all values automatically according to user rowing status.
Take note:
• If only a "P" is shown instead of a pulse value, it is impossible to measure the heart rate.
•
The profile displayed in the computer depends on the type of exercise that has been set. The com-
puter provides a number of ways to vary the exercise sessions.
• The following exercises are available:
1. Manual Training (Manual)
2. Training with programs (P01 ~ P12)
3. Training with heart rate program (H.R.C.)
4. Training with competition program (RACE)
5. Training with user program (User program)
As soon as the computer is connected with a power supply, an acoustic signal sounds.
If no buttons are pressed and the pedals have not been moved for approx. 4 minutes, the computer will
switch off. The system stops and all exercise settings and data will be saved.
