Storage Drive Installation

Step 1: Remove the four screws from the bottom panel securing the drive mounting

bracket, and remove the bracket from the system. Connect the SATA and SATA Power

cables to the

2.5” storage

drive. Note: Do not connect the cables to the board at this

time.

Step 2: Insert the drive into the drive mounting bracket, with the label side out and the

SATA cables on the same side as the RAM thermal pad. The drive mounting holes

should line up as such: 2.5” SSD with the closest to the

angle, 2.5” HDD with the holes

further away. Secure the drive onto the mounting bracket with the four HDD screws.
