harnesses and cables. Some people have found that recessing the antenna, rather than extending it can help. You may
need to experiment a bit to find the optimum position.
I can’t find the Wi-Fi signal at all.
Check the CP5 home page over an Ethernet connection to verify that the Wi-Fi is both on and in “Retry Network
Periodically” mode, then try again. If this doesn’t work, try to fold down or cover the Wi-Fi antenna to reduce the signal a
bit.
My USB port isn’t working.
The most common issues with USB are simply cable problems. This can be solved with a powered USB hub or an active
cable. Other problems include running too much data through a single USB port. For instance, if you are trying to run
cameras, a mount, dew heaters and a separate computer all through one USB 2.0 cable, the cable will be unable to carry
all of the data on its own. Remember, USB 2.0 is limited to about 15 to 16 ft. (5 meters).
