10/100BASE-TX Pin Assignments
Use unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) or shielded twisted-pair (STP) cable for RJ-45
connections: 100-ohm Category 3 or better cable for 10 Mbps connections, or
100-ohm Category 5 or better cable for 100 Mbps connections.

Make sure that the combined length of any twisted-pair connection
between the Mobility Controller and the PoE injector, and the PoE injector
to the AP does not exceed 90 meters (295 feet).
The RJ-45 ENET port on the power injector is wired with MDI pinouts. This
means that you must use crossover cables for connections to PCs or servers, and
straight-through cable for connections to switches or hubs. However, when
connecting to devices that support automatic MDI/MDI-X pinout configuration,
you can use straight-through cabling.
