• BEFORE EVERY DAY OF USE
, all beater teeth, knives, and scoop hardware should be
inspected for damage or signs of loosening. Replace worn or damaged hardware and refer to
[PG. 24] TORQUE VALUES or equivalent hardware torque chart for loose hardware.
• REPLACE
teeth, knives, and scoops when worn or damaged, they should be replaced in
order to keep the corresponding beater shaft as balanced as possible.
• CHECK OIL LEVEL
in beater gearbox before every day of use, add when needed to proper
level in sight plug. Recommend changing oil in gearbox annually see [PG. 19] LUBRICATION.
• GREASE BEARINGS DAILY
. Inspect grease lines for damage or wear.
• REMOVE ANY ENTANGLEMENTS
from beaters to limit potential damage to beaters.

If any repairs need welding, ground to nearest spot of repair. Be sure no bearings or
gearboxes are in between welder and ground connection.
