CHAPTER 3 - Safety measures
3.2
Noise
The noise was measured in compliance with the provisions of
uNI EN 11200
and
uNI EN ISO 3746
.
During the operating cycles,
staff are exposed to a noise level of 90 dB.
The actual noise level during operation of the machine installed on site in a production process is different to the one
measured because the noise is affected by a number of factors, such as:
• type and characteristics of the site;
• type of machine that the sweeper is installed on;
• other adjacent machines in operation.
OBLIGATION!
It
is mandatory to use the appropriate personal protective equipment.
3.3 Vibrations
The vibrations produced by the machine, based on its operating mode,
are not dangerous
to the health of the operators.
CAuTION!
Excessive vibrations can only be caused by a mechanical breakdown that must immediately be reported
and fixed, so as not to compromise the safety of the line or of the operators.
3.4 Electromagnetic compatibility
The supplied machine contains electronic components subject to the regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility,
affected by conducted and radiated emissions.
The emission values are within the regulatory requirements thanks to the use of components that comply with the
Electromagnetic Compatibility directive, suitable connections and installation of filters where necessary.
Thus the machine complies with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) directive.
CAuTION!
Any incompliant maintenance work carried out on the electrical equipment or incorrect replacement of
components can compromise the efficiency of the adopted solutions.
