* There are four plywood boat stand pieces two narrower pieces that form the sides,
and two taller pieces that form the ends to support the bottom of your boat on
rubberpadded sections. Match the angled slots in the bottom of one of the end pieces
to similar slots in the top of the side pieces, and slip them together. Repeat for the
other end piece. Optionally, for a more secure stand, you could apply CA glue or
epoxy to the joints of the stand.
Note: This boat stand is intended for displaying your boat at your home or office. It is
not for field use. You should custom make a stronger boat stand from PVC or stainless
steel pipe for field use.
Step 3: Rudder Assembly
* Take out the rudder assembly from the accessory bag along with its installation
bolts.
* Using a 4mm hex wrench, secure the rudder arm with the two bolts to the mounting
bracket that has been preinstalled on the transom (ie on the back of the boat). Apply a
little Loctite to the bolts before screwing them into the bracket.
