PROBLEM
TO CHECK
Trolley moves substantially
on its own when the
Semi-Permanent Rack
is fully assembled.
• Is the track levelled?
•
Is the floor levelled?
• Is the track secured to the posts? Press up on the track
to make sure that it is correctly fixed onto posts.
Trolley does not roll
in track smoothly.
• Is track clean? Clean track with damp cloth.
• Is trolley centred in track? Re-centre trolley.
• Is the trolley damaged? Replace trolley
Posts and bases rock
back and forth
•
Check integrity of the floor.
• Are the levellers properly adjusted?
• Are the posts properly assembled with the base?
