Assembling the Semi-Permanent Rack

Inserting the Lift into the Track

NOTE

: Before proceeding to this step, make sure 

that the second post is assembled and ready to 

receive the track. 

1)  Insert the lift or portable trolley into the track.
2)  Raise the track slightly to assure that the lift will 

not roll back out of the track.

3)  Insert the second stopper inside the track, but 

do not tighten it.

Assembling the Track onto Second Post

1)  Insert the track onto the second post assembly 

following the same instructions as for the first 

post (see previous page). 

2)  Fasten the assembly by tightening the two bolts 

located  inside  the  track  bracket.  Use  the  two 

M12  X  30  socket  low  head  zinc  screws  with 

appropriate lock washers.

3)  Secure the end stopper in place.

4)  Install a plastic cap at the of the track.

Final Adjustments

1)  Reposition the end stoppers in order to prevent 

the lift from hitting the posts, or to reduce the 

transfer area according to your needs. (eg. if 

you do not want the lift to access the left portion 

of the track, secure the right stopper in the 

middle of the track.

2)  Stabilize the 

Semi-Permanent Rack

 by adjusting 

the two legs supports. To do so, unscrew the leg 

supports in order to put them in contact with the 

floor.

3) 

WARNING

: The load must always be applied on 

the large centre puck located under each leg. 

The non-slip leg supports are only designed to 

stabilize and balance the rack. They must not 

support any direct load (see "Fig. 17").
