Air conditioner does not operate

Circuit breaker trips (or fuse blows).
(a) When the circuit breaker is set to ON, it is soon tripped.
• There may be a ground fault.
• Check the insulation resistance.
If the resistance value is 1M

or less, the insulation is defective.
