The airflow is reduced: 

 

Check the air intake and outlet. Air inlet and outlet must be free. If necessary, remove dirt. 
Observe the minimum distances to walls and objects according to the technical data. 

 

The device does not respond to the infrared remote control: 

 

Check if the distance from the remote control to the device is too large and reduce the distance 
if necessary. 

 

Make  sure  there  are  no  obstacles,  such  as  furniture  or  walls,  between  the  device  and  the 
remote control. Pay attention to visual contact between the device and the remote control. 

 

Check the state of charge of the batteries and replace them if necessary. 

 

Check the batteries for the correct polarity if the batteries have just been replaced. 

 

Hint! 

 Wait at least 3 minutes after all maintenance and repair work. Only then turn the device back 

on. The device is not working properly after the checks: Contact customer service. If necessary, take 
the device to an authorized electrician or to AREBOS for repair.

Maintenance and cleaning 

Activities before maintenance begins

Turn off the device. 

 

Unplug the power cord from the power outlet by touching it on the power plug. 

 

Allow the device to cool completely.

carried out by authorized specialist companies or by AREBOS. 

 

Cleaning the housing 

 Warning! 

from electrical voltage! Never submerge the device under water! 

Clean the case with a damp, soft, lint-free cloth. Make sure that no moisture penetrates into the 
housing. Make sure that no moisture can come into contact with electrical components. Do not use 
aggressive detergents, such as cleaning sprays, solvents, alcohol-containing cleaners, or abrasives to 
moisten the cloth. Wipe the housing dry after cleaning.

Transport and storage 

Hint! 

 If you store or transport the device improperly, the device may be damaged. Observe the 

information on the transport and storage of the device. 
 

Transport 

The device is equipped with a handle for easier transport. 
Please note the following before each transport: 

 

Turn off the device. 

 

Unplug the power cord from the power outlet by touching it on the power plug. 

 

Do not use the power cord as a pull cord. 

 

Allow the device to cool down sufficiently.
